Refund Policy
1. Overview
Sherazi Solutions Ltd offers subscription-based SaaS services through the CleanOps platform.
Sections 1 to 6 are our own policy. Section 7 sets out the rights you have under the law of your own country, which apply on top of this policy and cannot be reduced by it.
2. Try Before You Pay
Every new account gets 30 days free. The first 7 days need no card. After that we ask for a payment card to keep going, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we email you 3 days before your first payment. The trial is there so you can decide before any money changes hands: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
3. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then.
4. When We Refund
- A payment taken in error, including a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled.
- A fault on our side that prevented you from using the service for a meaningful part of the billing period.
- A renewal you did not intend, if you tell us within 14 days of the charge and have not made significant use of the service in that period.
The 14 day window is our own goodwill policy. It is not a limit on any statutory right you have under Section 7.
5. When We Usually Do Not Refund
- Part-used billing periods, where the service worked as described.
- Accounts suspended for a breach of our Terms of Service.
These are defaults, not absolutes. If something has gone wrong, tell us β Section 7 may give you a right regardless of what this section says.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@sherazisolutions.com from the address on the account, telling us which charge you mean. Do not send us your card details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days once processed.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy removes a right you have by law. Where this policy and the law of your country disagree, the law applies.
United Kingdom
Your regionCleanOps is supplied for business use, so the 14 day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to your subscription. Our own 14 day goodwill window in Section 4 is offered voluntarily.
If we supply the service with unreasonable care and skill, or not as described, you keep the remedies available to you under the contract and at law, and this policy does not limit them.
Australia
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and this policy does not exclude, restrict or modify them.
If the service has a major failure β for example it is unfit for its purpose, or substantially different from what we described β you are entitled to cancel the service and get a refund for the unused part, or to keep it and ask for compensation for the drop in value. That choice is yours, not ours.
If the failure is not major, we are entitled to fix the problem within a reasonable time. If we do not, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by such a failure.
United States
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. We show the price and the renewal period before you subscribe, send billing receipts, and let you cancel at any time from inside your account without contacting us first.
If you are a California resident, the California Automatic Renewal Law gives you specific protections around automatic renewal disclosure and cancellation. Where we have not met them, you may be entitled to a refund of the renewal charge.
Consumer protection and refund rules vary by state, and some states give rights that this policy does not describe. Nothing here waives a right your state's law gives you.
